President's Report
Hi all, wow here we are at the end of another awesome season for our club. One more competition to decide the winners of the trophies, but more than that really, yes just another chance to get out on the water with friends and family to enjoy that wonderful sport of fishing.
Once again, this July competition includes a hunting division so come along and enjoy the festivities. Also invite non members, special thanks to the Dench family and our very own sub committee for their organising, well done team.
Please take time to study your newsletter and acknowledge our wonderful line-up of sponsors. Our June competition was a beauty, we had a good crowd at the prizegiving, especially considering the weather. It was of course the Harry Fort Memorial with an awesome line-up of sponsors, Phil Stevens Racing; di Rosa Cabinetry and Furniture; Whitehall Shoeing; Steve and Linda Dench; Kane and Kelsi Fort; and Newlook Windows, many thanks to you all.
Please note, can you all bring in your last season’s trophies ASAP. The prize giving will be in the club rooms on the 12th of August, try to come along and support all winners of new season trophies, it will be a good night. The following Wednesday night is our AGM on the 16th of August. Now please come along and get involved with the operation of our club, this season we will be voting in a new President, Secretary and Treasurer, so try to be there.
