President’s Report
Hello everyone,
Welcome to our first Newsletter for 2026. I hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year with family and friends.
The weather during this period has been mixed with some nice fishing to be had when the opportunity presented.
Our next competition is a three day competition being the 13th, 14th and 15th February.
We would like to welcome Tradezone Matamata on as a new Sponsor for our Club.
Other sponsors for the February competition are Riverhaven Rod and Reel Repairs, Begovich Builders, Matamata Butchery Limited, Top Cru, Stihl Shop Matamata and Bob Autridge. We thank our sponsors very much and encourage our members to support the people that support us.
A big thank you to the people that gave up their time to help and attend the Christmas Parade. It is a good public awareness for our Club.
